Waterfalls Weekend April 26-28th

Join us at Ricketts Glen Nature Park and Falls Trail on April 26-28th found in the beautiful scenic Mountains of Pennsylvania.  We will gather for a 2 day spiritual and wellness guided camping trip. We will work out our mind and body as well as hike the falls trail. Our facilitators will work with you to strengthen mind and body with mindful meditation, tai chi and gung fu techniques for self-defense. We will be hosting a water healing workshop and ceremony. Come find yourself and enjoy the nature around you.

We will provide transportation to and from designated pick-up and drop-off locations in NJ and PA. Bring your gear for hiking and camping. All meals will be provided and will be based on a organic whole plant diet. If you have drums or native instruments feel free to bring them as we will gather around the fire for ceremony both evenings.

Ricketts Glen State Park is one of the most scenic areas in Pennsylvania. This large park is comprised of 13,050 acres in Luzerne, Sullivan, and Columbia counties.  Ricketts Glen harbors the Glens Natural Area  a National Natural Landmark. Hike the Falls Trail System to explore the glens, which boasts a series of wild, free-flowing waterfalls, each cascading through rock-strewn clefts in this ancient hillside.

The 94-foot Ganoga Falls is the highest of 22 named waterfalls. Old growth timber and diverse wildlife add to the beauty.
